If you are not satisfied with DearERP, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase. This guarantee applies to first-time subscription purchases only.

How to Request a Refund

Contact support@dearerp.com within the 14-day window with your account details and payment information. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

After the 14-Day Period

After the initial guarantee period, refunds are generally unavailable. However, we may consider refunds for technical access issues, billing errors, or accidental renewals requested within five business days.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. You will retain platform access until the end of your current billing cycle with no additional charges.
