1. Overview
DearERP is an AI-powered platform for managing, automating, and customizing Odoo systems, designed to simplify configuration and deployment. By using our service, you agree to these terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or your organization.
3. Account Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Report any compromised accounts immediately to support@dearerp.com.
4. Permitted Use
You must comply with all applicable laws. Prohibited activities include unauthorized system access, transmission of malicious code, reverse engineering, and intellectual property violations.
5. Subscription & Payments
Paid plans require payment of applicable fees. Recurring billing applies unless cancelled. DearERP uses a credit-based system for AI features. Unlimited plans are available for legitimate business use. Usage exceeding 5x standard allocations may trigger review.
6. Data Privacy
Data protection uses encryption and role-based access. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
7. Intellectual Property
DearERP retains all platform rights. You retain full ownership of your Odoo data and any customizations generated through the platform.
8. Service Availability
Maintenance and technical issues may cause service interruptions. We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
9. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided “as is.” DearERP is not liable for loss of profits, data, or any consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
10. Termination
Accounts may be suspended for violations of these terms. You may request copies of your stored data upon termination.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Updates will be posted with revision dates. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
