1. 14-Day Money Back Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our service. If you’re not satisfied with DearERP for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase. This gives you ample time to explore the platform and ensure it meets your business needs.

Important Notes:
– The 14-day money back guarantee applies only to your  first subscription payment.
– To request a refund under this guarantee, contact us at support@dearerp.com within 14 days of your purchase.
– Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

2. Subscription Refunds After 14 Days

After the initial 14-day period, refunds are generally not issued. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise, and refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis in the following situations:

Technical issues preventing access to the platform that cannot be resolved by our support team.
Duplicate payments caused by billing errors.
Accidental subscription renewals if a refund request is made within 5 business days of the renewal date.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. After cancellation:

– You’ll retain access to the platform until the end of your current billing cycle.
– No further charges will be applied after cancellation.
– Your account data will be retained according to our data retention policy.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for:

– Partial subscription periods (subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis).
– Customized services, integrations, or setup assistance.
– One-time payments for professional or development services.
– Credit pack purchases (once purchased, credits cannot be refunded).
