Welcome to DearERP. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the DearERP platform, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account, accessing, or using DearERP, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Overview
DearERP provides an AI-powered platform for managing, automating, and customizing Odoo systems. Our goal is to simplify Odoo configuration, development, and deployment through intelligent automation and chat-based management tools.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization. By using the Service, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Account Registration
To use DearERP, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities that occur under your account.
If you believe your account has been compromised, notify us immediately at support@dearerp.com.
4. Use of Service
You agree to use DearERP only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. You may not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or data.
- Use the Service to store or transmit malicious code.
- Reverse engineer, modify, or copy parts of the platform.
- Violate any intellectual property rights or third-party terms.
5. Subscription and Payments
DearERP offers both free and paid plans.
- By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described during checkout.
- Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis unless cancelled.
- Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.
We reserve the right to modify pricing with prior notice.
6. Data Privacy and Security
Your privacy is important to us. We protect your data using encryption, role-based access control, and secure credential storage.

7. Intellectual Property
All content, code, design, and trademarks on DearERP are the property of DearERP or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without prior written consent.
You retain ownership of your own Odoo data and configurations connected through the platform.
8. Service Availability
We aim to provide continuous access to DearERP; however, maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues may cause temporary interruptions. We are not liable for any damages resulting from downtime or data loss.
9. Limitation of Liability
DearERP is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted service or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DearERP and its affiliates are not liable for:
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Service.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform. You may also terminate your account at any time through your dashboard.
Upon termination, your access to the Service will be revoked, but you may request a copy of your stored data (if applicable).
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of DearERP after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
